Bill is the Principal/President of Nyhan Associates, LLC, an investment banking and financial services firm. Bill also co-founded several companies – Office Environments of New England, a $192 million office furnishings and related services company; and At Work Collaborative, a $90 million company delivering innovative interior and exterior commercial furnishings and architectural product solutions.
He is also a co-founder of eCoast Angels, a regional Angel investment group that has made over a hundred investments in early-stage start-up companies. Bill has been involved in several successful exits including Aras Corporation, EOS Systems, and Pika Energy,
Bill currently sits on the boards of, and is a strategic advisor and director to, Qidni Labs, Glycologix, At Work Collaborative, StatSocial, Unruly Studios, MediaMate, and Stellular Bio, Inc.
Bill’s additional experience includes working as CFO of Parcxmart Technologies, Inc., founder and member/manager of Atlas Water Leasing, LLC, a Principal and Vice President of York Hill Company, an audit supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand, a lecturer at the Boston College Graduate School of Management, and as a member of the US Coast Guard’s Search and Rescue Unit.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
